This series of portable AC charging pile tester mainly has charging voltage measurement, guide circuit control (controlled by charging switch) and other functions, single three-phase common. By measuring the charging voltage, you can determine whether the charging pile is output as required. By switching the charging switch, you can determine whether the charging pile is enabling and shuting down the output as required.

Our services
●   Confirm with the customer the idea of the appearance of the product and the functions that the product can achieve.

 After the appearance requirements are confirmed, we will immediately arrange for the production of 3D printed parts, and the PCB  board  will be mounted and sealed for                           testing, and the samples will be sent to the customer to confirm the appearance and function after  meeting the customer's requirements.

●  After the 3D parts are confirmed, we will start to make the moulds, this process will take about 50-70 days.
                       ●  After the moulds are made, trial production is carried out to find and fix any minor defects on the moulds.
                       ●  All-round testing of the product, size, weight, hardness, sealing, ageing test, waterproof test, impact test, etc.
                       ●  After all the tests, we will send samples to the customer again to confirm the quality of the final product.

●  After production, we will store the customer's moulds in a constant temperature warehouse and maintain the moulds at regular  intervals to ensure that they are always                             in the best condition and ready for production-
