The customisation process is as follows:
Please contact us first to inform us of your requirements. We will assess your needs and communicate with you regarding various details such as packaging methods, prices, delivery times, shipping terms, payment methods, etc. Once we have reached an agreement, we will produce a sample for you and send it to you for confirmation. After confirmation, the factory will seal the sample and the subsequent production will be carried out according to the standard of the sample to ensure that the product produced is the same as the sample. After production, the product will be shipped according to the logistics and shipping terms previously determined.

ODM customisation process for mould opening
After consultation with the customer and signing a customisation contract, we are ready to start the new project.
1. Confirm with the customer the idea of the appearance of the product and the functions that the product can achieve.
1.1 The designer designs the appearance of the product according to the customer's idea and gives the effect drawing to the customer for confirmation or modification.
1.2 Functional requirements are submitted to the R&D team and the first version of the PCB is produced.
2. After the appearance requirements are confirmed, we will immediately arrange for the production of 3D printed parts, and the PCB board will be mounted and sealed for testing, and the samples will be sent to the customer to confirm the appearance and function after meeting the customer's requirements.
3、 After the 3D parts are confirmed, we will start to make the moulds, this process will take about 50-70 days.
4、 After the moulds are made, trial production is carried out to find and fix any minor defects on the moulds.
5、 All-round testing of the product, size, weight, hardness, sealing, ageing test, waterproof test, impact test, etc.
6、 After all the tests, we will send samples to the customer again to confirm the quality of the final product.
7、 After production, we will store the customer's moulds in a constant temperature warehouse and maintain the moulds at regular intervals to ensure that they are always in the best condition and ready for production.
